Choose Gel-X® for lightweight, full-coverage tips and clean shape changes. Builder Gel reinforces flexible nails with a natural look. Acrylic offers sculpted strength — our artist will help you decide.
How long do Gel-X® sets wear? Are there fills?+
Most guests enjoy three to four weeks or more depending on nail growth and activity. Gel-X® is a soak-off system, so there are no fills — you get a fresh set each time.
Builder Gel overlay vs. Gel Manicure — what's different?+
Builder Gel adds a supportive layer that smooths ridges; a Gel Manicure cures thin and glossy. Pick Builder Gel for reinforcement, Gel Manicure for a minimal profile.
Dip Powder (SNS) vs. Gel Manicure — how do I decide?+
Dip Powder is typically harder and more wear-resistant; a Gel Manicure is thinner and more flexible, often chosen for a natural aesthetic.
Can I switch from Acrylic to Builder Gel or Gel-X®?+
Yes. We professionally remove the acrylic, assess your natural nail, then apply a Builder Gel overlay or Gel-X®.
Spa Pedicure vs. Organic Pedicure — what changes?+
Both include soak, shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage and polish. The Organic version uses certified-organic products and can be tailored for sensitive skin.
Can you recreate my inspiration — French, chrome, ombré, minimalist?+
Absolutely. Bring a photo and we'll confirm palette, finish, complexity and timing before we begin. Nail art is priced by complexity and time, with a clear quote up front.

Start with a Builder Gel overlay at conservative lengths, paired with gentle prep and daily cuticle-oil care to rebuild strength.
What's special about your Builder Gel products?+
They're HEMA-free and TPO-free, formulated to cure at very low heat to minimize any burning sensation.
I feel heat under lamps elsewhere — will this be different?+
Yes. We use low-heat curing, thin controlled layers and adjusted flash times for a comfortable cure.
Is removal for Gel-X®, Gel or Dip safe?+
Yes — a professional soak-off with gentle refinement. We never pry or peel.
How often should I maintain each system?+
Gel-X®: a fresh set every 3–4+ weeks. Builder Gel: re-balance on a similar cadence. Acrylic: fills every 2–3 weeks.
Do you offer fragrance-light or sensitive-skin options?+
Yes. Our certified-organic pedicure is available, and we can adjust exfoliation strength and tailor massage oils — just mention it at booking.

What does “hospital-grade cleanliness” mean here?+
Metal tools are sterilized with an autoclave or hospital-grade disinfectant, and files and buffers are brand-new for each guest.
Which Gel-X® brand do you use? Are you certified?+
We use Aprés Gel-X®, the original Gel-X® system, and we're an Aprés Certified store with trained staff.

Element plans to welcome both appointments and walk-ins when artist availability allows. Final booking details will be announced closer to the 2028 opening.
